Mr Swami born with high social values and ethos to contribute to the society, he was born in 1955 in City of Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh and brought up in a Sangh oriented family, with father dedicated to Nation first approached. His father Late KB Swami worked for as company commandant during Bangladesh war and served nation in capacity he can.

Mr Swami has worked for FICCI for more than 35 years and retired as Senior Director in 2014.

He started career with the FICCI Finance Division in 1978, based on performance, dedication and commitment, FICCI management gave responsibility as Deputy Director to manage FICCI Auditorium in 1995.

During tenure at FICCI Auditorium, I have made it as one of the profit-centres. Under my management, FICCI auditorium conducted more than 300 business meeting, conference, seminars, socio-political & cultural events in an year.

Seeing the turn-around of the FICCI Auditorium, FICCI management made me Director & Head of Branding, Conferences, Hospitality, Logistics, & Events to manage and oversee all the FICCI Events such as Meeting, conferences, Seminars & Exhibitions Nationally and Internationally. Working as Event/Logistics head, I have managed no. of mega events such as Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD), SAARC Summit, FICCI FRAMES most prestigious event of FICCI, Great Indian Travel Bazar (GITB) with partner of State Govt. of Rajasthan, All Head of States Events etc.

Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, one of the biggest event of NRIs in India, was managed end to end by me for four times. I was responsible for overall branding, hospitality, travel, transport, logistics, entertainment, audio/video, lighting etc.

He led and managed business to business international conferences in many countries such as UK, France, Netherland, Germany, South Africa, Ghana, Japan, Pakistan, Bangladesh etc.
Last but not the least, have managed the FICCI Employees Union for over 20 years.
